Once a fearless actor and director at Midas, now a full-time string wizard. When not debugging code, he's composing tunes or shredding on his guitar like a rockstar hoping to get strong Wi-Fi connection. Swapped the spotlight for stage lights and scripts for riffs — but still can't resist a good curtain call (especially if snacks are involved).

A native of the United States, Adrienne has been performing in different capacities for many years. With an early background in acting and film production, she started doing stand up and improv comedy for international audiences on a regular basis in Korea in 2017.
More recently, you may have seen her on stage as a host or comic with Moscow English Comedy Events.
She participated in her first MIDAS production in spring of 2025 and is eager to take on her next role.

Jerrod Weston is an American actor who has been in nearly 30 movies and TV shows. He is also a voice artist, screenwriter, and producer who co-created the sitcom Shameless Comedy.

Jerrod has performed in the stage productions of Frenzy for Two, The Dumb Waiter, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Treasure Island, and Art. In addition, he helped launch the Istanbul Comedy Club, which hosted standup and improv events in Turkey.

Originally from Ireland, Hugh Mc Enaney, has lived and worked in the US, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. As he says himself, he fell into acting a few years ago in Russia much like he fell into coaching well over fifteen years ago and charity work well over twenty years ago. When he is not coaching clients or organizing events, he is advising clients on relocating to Russia and continues to perform in Midas Theatre productions and pursue his passion for acting. To unwind, he writes and reads and enjoys time with his family at home.

Acting for me is pure enjoyment and a form of escapism into other worlds. This art is the people’s savior in its highest form. I strive to embody that.

Being an architect and educator by trade I was always inspired by all kinds of artistry, performing arts being amongst my biggest passions. Starting from an early age I was a member of different theatrical and musical endeavors.

The most serious acting education and experience I got was from MESS musical theatre in Moscow. It was a place for all kind of people interested in performing in English and for those who adored musical theatre. Three disciplines (English drama, choreography and singing), taught by professionals and native-speakers, were combined to create original musicals in English. The level of the actors was very different and they got into productions according to their skills and experience. Although our theatre was established as an educational studio we worked as professionals putting our heart and soul into the performance. Our students also worked as costume/props and sets designers, make-up specialists, stage managers, advertisers and so on...everything was done by ourselves, so MESS theatre company was a real family. From 2004 till 2019 I was an actor there, during 2011-2017 in addition to acting took the functions of CEO and art director.

Still being in MESS I got acquainted with MIDAS theatre through their cool event called “Short Order Theatre” where people stage the whole show and “serve” it in 24 hours. That was the perfect way to train our acting and directing abilities in a stressful situation, and, what’s more important, to meet with a whole bunch of new Moscow-based English-speakers from all over the world. Thanks to Tatiana Savosina, the founder and main inspirator of MIDAS, the atmosphere of these events has always been very welcoming and encouraging. MIDAS is very inclusive, so sometimes people, who were the spectators the first time, are seen onstage in the next production.

With time MIDAS became my second theatre family. It is hard to say how big this crowd is because each project has a new director, new casting and can be anything from Oscar Wilde to some gloomy post-modern plays, which keeps it fresh and exciting. But the core members remain the same. The nicest thing is that we all learn from each other, each member contributes and brings in his own ideas and experience, we are all partly actors and partly directors, inventors, designers. Personally I prefer this kind of productions to any other forms of theatre because it gives me freedom of self-expression and, of course, an opportunity to be onstage and that is an unforgettable experience every time!

I have participated in different capacities (mostly as an actor) in a few of MIDAS’s productions through the years: “Far Away”,” The Opposite Sex”,” Till Death Do Us Part?”, “Voskreseniye (just the end of the world)” and there’s always something new cooking…

Before Nathan moved to Moscow, he spent 8 years in LA. 6 years of acting lessons and 3 years of voice lessons, he did a couple commercials, wrote and produced a couple short films, wrote and performed with a sketch-comedy group Unmentionables, and even did some stand-up comedy. He has spent the past 7 years wandering amongst Moscow’s English theatre community, directing and performing in several productions, most notably with MESS and MIDAS, Liberty Theatre, and his own theatre group, Community Theatre. Nathan is an accomplished voice-over actor, working with several v/o companies, and teaches English Literature, Film and Theatre at Hinkson Christian Academy.

Katherine Soloviev is a bilingual theatre director, actress and MC. Born in the USA and raised in Moscow, she trained at the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute (Vakhtangov Academy) and the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in New York. Her career has taken her from London to Hong Kong, from Chekhov’s quiet poignancy to the glitter and mischief of cabaret. Whether directing, performing, or teaching, Katherine brings a global perspective, a love for the absurd, and a dash of theatrical whimsy to every project.

In 2018, she directed Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest for Midas Theatre—a production that continues to delight audiences and play to full houses to this day.

Lyalya Bezhetskaya is a deeply experienced and versatile performer. She has starred in film and on television and is an award-winning stand-up comedienne, but her true love is the stage. As the owner, producer and star of the Musicalnaya Skatulka cabaret, Lyalya has written, produced and starred in dozens of productions and performs constantly on the stage. Lyalya is gifted with outstanding comedic timing and intense dramatic flair. Lyalya loves working with the MIdas team and delivers performances in native-level English.

Mira has worked extensively in different areas of performing arts including musical theater, classic dramatic theater, contemporary dance, experimental movement, floorwork movement, broadway jazz and theater dance.
Currently she’s studying to be a teacher-choreographer at the National Academy of Arts in Moscow and an actress at Part Academy (in cooperation with Institute of Film and Television and GITIS).
Mira is also a linguist, English teacher and accent coach which allows her to make a valuable contribution when working on theater projects in English.
She has participated in several projects with Midas theater and has experience staging, choreographing and directing musical theater numbers. Currently she is involved in two projects with Midas Theater - Beginning Shortly and Alice in Wonderland.
